A chance to enjoy a weekend of yoga in the outstanding beauty of West Wales. Steeped in history, St Non's is situated on the cliffs of Pembrokeshire, with wonderful views of the sea. Accommodation is warm and comfortable, in
twin-bedded rooms, and food is full-board and vegetarian.

As well as practising yoga, there will be meditation, and plenty of opportunity to go for walks and explore the locality.
