Cardiff Yoga Studio

Purpose built for yoga in 1999, the studio is a light and airy space with a polished wooden floor. There are changing facilities, and all equipment is provided. Conveniently situated next to the city centre it is regularly used by groups such as Yoga Bugs.
It would also be ideal for other activities such as tai chi, drama or singing workshops etc. Available for block bookings or one off classes.

The Grange Yoga Centre
A carefully converted barn, the Grange is situated in 12,000 acres of forest. It provides high standard accommodation and facilities, as well as a large open practice space overlooking the garden.
Just 5 minutes from J40 off the M4 it is available to hire for yoga weekends and days as well as self-catering holidays.
