Yoga Weekend
March 30th - April 1st 2012
St Non's Retreat Centre, St David's
A chance to enjoy a weekend of yoga in the outstanding beauty of West Wales. Steeped in history, St Non's is situated on the cliffs of Pembrokeshire, with wonderful views of the sea. Accommodation is warm and comfortable, in twin-bedded rooms, and food is full-board and vegetarian.
Single rooms are available for a small supplement.
As well as practising yoga, there will be meditation, and plenty of opportunity to go for walks and explore the locality.
