Introductory Workshop

Introductory weekend precedes the Foundation Course and provides a solid foundation for many of the core principles of this approach. It is highly recommended for all prospective Foundation Course students and is enrolling now. Over the weekend we will explore:

• Asana theory from the perspective of the Yoga Sutra
• Introduction to breath, prana and pranayama
• The classification of asana Understanding viniyoga of yoga
• Introduction to Yoga Sutra of Patanjali
• Detailed study of uttanasana and bhujangasana

The cost of the workshop for the weekend is £120, payable to Sadhana Mala.
