Purpose built in 1999. the studio is situated near the centre of Cardiff. It is a simple and light space that maximises personal attention through limited class size.
There are a number of teachers representing a variety of different yoga traditions. All are well qualified and experienced, offering a friendly approach to the practice of yoga.
We believe yoga is suitable for all, and provide a range of classes and styles for students to choose from, according to where they are in life - age- health- and fitness.
